2.5 Persons Not Permitted to Register. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your g444 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. g444 will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any channel other than the official login page at g444.biz. You must notify g444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your g444 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. g444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, subject to its fraud investigation obligations.
3.3 Account Inactivity. g444 reserves the right to classify an account as inactive if no login has occurred within a consecutive period of 12 months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee deducted from the account balance, subject to prior written notification to the registered mobile number. Inactive account balances will not be reduced below zero.
3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request permanent closure of your g444 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and KYC verification requirements.

5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name and previously used for a deposit to the same account. Any funds withheld pending investigation will be frozen rather than forfeited until the investigation is concluded, unless a final determination of fraud or serious breach is made.

7.2 Palpable Errors. g444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest or obvious error in the odds compilation — including but not limited to technical glitches, data feed errors, and typographical mistakes — irrespective of whether the bet has been settled. Players will be notified of voided bets and their stake will be returned.
7.3 Sports Betting — Cricket & PSL Markets. All PSL and international cricket markets at g444 are governed by the sports betting rules displayed within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of match abandonment or interruption, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules, which may result in bets being voided and stakes returned.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the g444 Platform without explicit prior written consent from g444.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g444's aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 g444 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions; (d) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
12.3 g444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. g444 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where operationally feasible.
13.1 g444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) g444 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) the player's continued use of the platform poses a responsible gaming, AML, or legal compliance risk; or (d) g444 is required to do so by any regulatory, judicial, or governmental instruction.
13.2 Upon account termination for breach, g444 reserves the right to void any bonus credits and associated winnings. Verified real-money deposits will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to AML verification requirements, unless forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach (e.g., fraud, money laundering).
14.1 If you have a complaint regarding any bet, game outcome, payment, or account matter, you must first submit the complaint to g444's customer support team via live chat. g444 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 calendar days.
14.2 Where a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to g444's designated dispute resolution team by email at the address provided in Section 17 of these Terms. The dispute resolution team will issue a final determination within 21 calendar days of receiving the escalated complaint.
14.3 Players are strongly advised not to initiate payment chargebacks prior to exhausting the g444 internal complaints process. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith, or prior to the resolution of an active internal complaint, may be treated as a breach of these Terms.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under g444's international operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated under g444's regulatory framework for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the internal dispute resolution process.
15.2 Nothing in this clause shall prevent g444 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where its intellectual property, player fund security, or operational integrity is at risk.
16.1 g444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the g444 Platform, at least 7 calendar days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
16.2 If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the g444 Platform and may request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the changes.
